Race Equality UK provides specialist training workshops to individuals and people in the UK workforce on issues regarding race in employment and in the wider society.
The training looks at historical issues regarding why race laws were introduced, the impact of far right groups, the reasons why Sir William Macpherson claimed that many UK organisations are institutionally racist.
The Equality Act 2010 provides the major framework to the workshops, we offer in house training, evening workshops, and full day training workshops with lunch and refreshments provided through out the day.
Workshops are conducted throughout the UK. The setting is usually a four or five star hotel refreshments, lunch and all stationery is provided throughout the day. Delegates are expected to participate throughout the day, both individually and in group work.
