Race Equality UK Workshop Calendar
The workshops are for those who wish to develop personally and professionally we welcome delegates from:
- The statutory sector
- The private sector
- Trade union delegates
- The financial sector
- Retail sector
- HR personnel
The list is not exhaustive
Workshops are conducted throughout the UK. The setting is usually a four or five star hotel refreshments, lunch and all stationery is provided throughout the day. Delegates are expected to participate throughout the day, both individually and in group work.

This training is a face to face interactive workshop, suitable for delegates from across the workforce, particularly managers, supervisors and people dealing with the public.
The issues of victimisation, harassment, and discrimination in the workplace are addressed and the seriousness of not getting things right. By the end, managers should understand the legal framework of discrimination law and become competent and confident in dealing with allegations. The course also addresses discrimination and inequality in the wider society.
The course is hotel based, lunch is provided as are refreshments through out the day. Included are all materials and the course handbook.

This course is for individuals who wish to to develop personally and professionally. It is worth 6 CPD Points.
Individuals may want to attend this workshop to learn more about discrimination, harassment and victimisation in the workforce and the wider society.
We look at previous race laws and their effectiveness, the impact of the death of Stephen Lawrence and the present day legislation the Equality Act 2010.
